Doctors registering with the Medical Council of Ireland must attach an English translation to every document that is not in English, from the primary medical qualification to internship certificates and certificates of good standing. We translate them with an official company stamp and our name and address on every certificate, so the Council can verify the translation. €29.95 per page, and most orders of up to three pages are delivered within 24 hours.
No account required. No commitment. Exact price in seconds.
Send a photo, scan or PDF of your documents through our secure portal. We count the words and show you the exact price in euro straight away.
A professional translator completes your translation, and we attach a signed Certificate of Accuracy with our full contact details, company stamp and reference number.
Your certified translation arrives by email as a PDF, ready to submit. A hard copy by tracked post or an apostille can be added at checkout. 12-hour expedited service on request.
No add-ons hidden in the small print. Everything below is standard.
Worded to mirror the format Irish bodies publish: a statement that it is a true translation of the original, the date, the translator’s name and signature, and our address, phone and email.
Degree title (for example doctor-medic, lekarz, médico), university and faculty, years of study, internship or residency dates and rotations, specialist title, registration numbers, competent authority statements on good-standing certificates, and every seal, signature and verification code.
A native speaker with experience in your exact document type, never machine translation. The same translator across all your documents on request.
Every certificate carries our company stamp and a unique reference number, which several Irish registration bodies and the Foreign Births Register ask to see.
Emailed as a PDF on completion. Where the receiving body wants paper, add a hard copy sent by tracked post at checkout.
Free revisions until you are happy. If a receiving body rejects the translation, we revise it free or refund you in full.
€29.95 per page of 300 source words. A primary medical qualification is usually one page; internship and specialist certificates add one or two each. The Council asks for notarised copies of your documents; that is a separate step, and no apostille is needed on the translation for use in Ireland.
The Medical Council's published guidance sets out how translations and copies must look. Our translations are prepared to meet the translation points; notarising the copies is done separately.
The Council's guide states that documents not in English must be attached to an English translation issued and officially stamped by an official translator.
The translator's name and address must be included so the Council can verify the translation. Leaving them out could delay your application.
The Council asks that copy documents be notarised, for example by a notary public in any jurisdiction, with each copy signed, dated and officially stamped.
The Council asks for a Certificate of Good Standing from every jurisdiction where you held registration in the last five years, in date when registration is activated.
If your passport name differs from your medical qualification, the Council asks for a notarised or attested copy of your marriage certificate, deed poll or birth certificate.
HSE and private hospitals recruiting doctors from abroad may ask for the same translated qualifications and certificates when checking credentials for a post.
Same €29.95 per page whatever the language. These are the languages we see most often from clients in Ireland.
Ireland recruits doctors from the EU and well beyond it. Many non-EU documents are already in English; these are the countries whose files most often need translating, and the details that matter.
MBBS degrees, house job or internship certificates and council certificates from Pakistan and India are normally in English, so no translation is needed. Only an Urdu, Hindi or regional-language stamp or supporting document would need one.
Many Sudanese and Egyptian degree and internship certificates are issued in Arabic only, or with Arabic stamps and annotations. We translate the full certificate, keeping the grade (such as Very Good or Excellent) and seal wording.
We translate the diplomă and supliment, the Ministry of Health certificat de conformitate and the Colegiul Medicilor din România certificat de status profesional curent, keeping the Directive 2005/36/EC article references.
We translate the dyplom ukończenia studiów with the lekarz title, the staż podyplomowy certificate, the prawo wykonywania zawodu and specialist (specjalizacja) documents, keeping the izba lekarska register numbers.
We translate the diploma di laurea, the abilitazione all'esercizio della professione and the Ordine dei Medici certificate of registration, keeping the voto out of 110 and any lode exactly as printed.
We translate the diploma, its додаток with subjects and hours, and the інтернатура certificate, with Cyrillic names transliterated to match your passport so your file reads consistently.
Send the full set at once: primary qualification, internship, specialist certificates and name-change documents. One translator keeps your name and titles consistent, a second checks every date and number, and you receive stamped PDFs ready to be notarised as copies and submitted with your application.
