Most Turkish documents now come as barcoded e-Devlet printouts, and Irish bodies still need them in English. Turkey issues a birth record extract, a multilingual Formül A, or a full family register extract (tam vukuatlı nüfus kayıt örneği). We translate whichever you submit, including the T.C. kimlik number.
Evlenme Belgesi
Issued by the nüfus müdürlüğü or municipal marriage office, or as an international Formül B. We translate names, parents’ names, the date and place of marriage and the registration details.
Evlenme Ehliyet Belgesi
Turkish citizens marrying abroad obtain this certificate confirming they are free to marry. We translate it, with a family register extract if needed, for marriage notification in Ireland.
Boşanma Kararı
A Turkish divorce decision only proves the divorce once it carries the kesinleşme şerhi, the note that it is final. We translate the decision and that note, both of which Irish registrars check.
Adli Sicil Kaydı
Usually printed from e-Devlet with a barcode and verification code. We translate the certificate in full and reproduce the code, so an Irish employer or registration body can confirm it online.
Lise Diploması

A Turkish citizen married to an EU national living in Ireland applies under EU Treaty Rights. ISD asks that the marriage certificate be translated into English by a qualified professional translator.
Couples give three months’ notice to the Civil Registration Service. A Turkish partner usually brings a birth record and an evlenme ehliyet belgesi, both translated, and may need apostilles from Turkey.
