Every entry is translated, including parents’ names, registration numbers, stamps and later annotations, and signed with a Certificate of Accuracy carrying our stamp and contact details. €29.95 per page, most certificates delivered in 24 hours, by professional translators who are native speakers of your language.
No account required. No commitment. Exact price in seconds.
Send a photo, scan or PDF of your birth certificate through our secure portal. We count the words and show you the exact price in euro straight away.
A professional translator completes your translation, and we attach a signed Certificate of Accuracy with our full contact details, company stamp and reference number.
Your certified translation arrives by email as a PDF, ready to submit. A hard copy by tracked post or an apostille can be added at checkout. 12-hour expedited service on request.
No add-ons hidden in the small print. Everything below is standard.
Worded to mirror the format Irish bodies publish: a statement that it is a true translation of the original, the date, the translator’s name and signature, and our address, phone and email.
Every field is translated in full: the child’s names, date and place of birth, both parents’ names and, where shown, their birthplaces, the registration office, act or entry number, the registrar’s signature and seal, and any marginal notes on later name changes, recognition of paternity or corrections.
A native speaker with experience in your exact document type, never machine translation. The same translator across all your documents on request.
Every certificate carries our company stamp and a unique reference number, which several Irish registration bodies and the Foreign Births Register ask to see.
Emailed as a PDF on completion. Where the receiving body wants paper, add a hard copy sent by tracked post at checkout.
Free revisions until you are happy. If a receiving body rejects the translation, we revise it free or refund you in full.
€29.95 per page, and most birth certificates fit on one page (300 source words). A full copy with several annotations may run to two. Irish bodies ask for the translation itself. If you need the translation for use abroad, we arrange apostille certification on it for €149.95 with digital delivery or €199.95 with a posted hard copy.
Irish bodies accept documents in English or Irish. Anything else needs a translation, and each office words its rule slightly differently. These are the uses we prepare birth certificate translations for most often.
Every citizenship applicant uploads a certified copy of their birth certificate. ISD asks for a translation from a professional translation service, with the translator’s contact details and signature, plus a copy of the original.
DFA wants translations signed and dated, with the translator’s name, occupation, address and phone number, plus a stamp or seal. Our certificate carries our company stamp and a reference number.
For a child born abroad, the Passport Office asks for the full civil birth certificate naming the parents and, if it is not in English or Irish, a certified translation into English or Irish.
Both partners bring birth certificates to the Civil Registration Service at least three months before the wedding. Documents not in English or Irish must be translated; a non-EU certificate may also need an apostille.
For EUTR residence applications, an EU birth certificate with a multilingual standard form needs no translation. Without one, or for a non-EU certificate, ISD asks for a translation into English or Irish.
The Department of Social Protection wants a verified copy of the original certificate, not a translation alone. Send our certified translation together with the verified copy it asks for.
Same €29.95 per page whatever the language. These are the languages we see most often from clients in Ireland.
Ireland’s largest communities bring birth certificates in very different formats, from Polish full copies to Chinese hospital certificates. Here is the detail that most often trips up an application from each country.
The Urząd Stanu Cywilnego issues a short copy (odpis skrócony) and a full copy (odpis zupełny). The full copy carries later annotations, such as name changes, which an Irish body may need to see. We translate every annotation.
Issued by the local Starea Civilă office at the Primărie. Older certificates are handwritten on pre-printed forms, and the personal numeric code (CNP) must match your passport exactly. Romania can also issue an EU multilingual standard form.
Issued by the Cartório de Registro Civil. Newer certificates carry a long matrícula number, which we reproduce digit for digit. Brazil is outside the EU, so an Irish body will always need an English translation.
Many Ukrainians in Ireland hold Soviet-era certificates in Russian or in bilingual Russian and Ukrainian. We translate both scripts and transliterate names to match your passport, so the spelling agrees across all your documents.
The Medical Certificate of Birth is issued by the hospital, and some families also hold a notarial birth certificate (出生公证书). We translate whichever you submit, including every seal, the certificate number and the issuing hospital.
Older Lithuanian certificates are titled gimimo liudijimas, while civil registry offices now usually issue an extract of the birth record (gimimo įrašo išrašas). Names keep their Lithuanian letters, such as ė, š and ž, exactly as written.
Upload a clear scan or photo of every page, including the back if it carries stamps. A professional translator who is a native speaker of the source language translates it, names, dates and numbers are checked against the original, and you receive a signed, stamped PDF by email, ready to upload to your application.
