Certified CORU Document
Translation

Professional translators · any language · signed, stamped Certificate of Accuracy

Physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, radiographers, social workers and social care workers trained abroad must have their qualification recognised by CORU before registering. Documents not in English or Irish need an English translation that is officially stamped and shows the translator's name, address and contact information. We translate degrees, transcripts, placement records and professional certificates for €29.95 per page, with most orders delivered within 24 hours.

Every CORU Registration Translation Includes

No add-ons hidden in the small print. Everything below is standard.

Signed Certificate of Accuracy

Worded to mirror the format Irish bodies publish: a statement that it is a true translation of the original, the date, the translator’s name and signature, and our address, phone and email.

Word-for-Word Accuracy

Profession and degree title, awarding institution, every module with credits and hours, supervised clinical or practice placement hours and settings, final grades, professional registration certificates, employer letters and all stamps and signatures, laid out to match the original.

Professional Translator

A native speaker with experience in your exact document type, never machine translation. The same translator across all your documents on request.

Stamp & Reference Number

Every certificate carries our company stamp and a unique reference number, which several Irish registration bodies and the Foreign Births Register ask to see.

Emailed as a PDF on completion. Where the receiving body wants paper, add a hard copy sent by tracked post at checkout.

Free Revisions & Guarantee

Free revisions until you are happy. If a receiving body rejects the translation, we revise it free or refund you in full.

Country-Specific Knowledge

We Know Your Country's Health Qualifications

CORU sees applicants from across Europe and South America, and English-speaking countries too. These are the documents that most often need translating, and what we keep exact for each.

🇪🇸 Spain · Graduado en Fisioterapia

Spain is a major source of physiotherapists and speech therapists (logopedas) in Ireland. We translate the Título, the Suplemento Europeo al Título with prácticas externas credits, and the Colegio Profesional certificate of registration.

🇮🇹 Italy · Laurea in Fisioterapia

Italian health degrees are laurea triennale qualifications with a tirocinio component. We translate the certificato di laurea con esami, keeping each esame with its CFU credits and voto out of 30, plus the final grade out of 110.

🇧🇷 Brazil · Serviço Social & Fisioterapia

Brazilian social workers and physiotherapists send a diploma, histórico escolar with estágio hours, and a CRESS or CREFITO certificate. We translate both sides of the diploma and every registration number.

🇵🇱 Poland · Magister fizjoterapii

We translate the dyplom, the suplement listing praktyki hours and the Krajowa Izba Fizjoterapeutów certificate or prawo wykonywania zawodu, keeping Polish grades on the 2–5 scale.

🇵🇹 Portugal · Licenciatura

Portuguese physiotherapy, speech therapy and radiography degrees come with a certidão de registo académico. We keep the unidades curriculares, ECTS, 0–20 classificação and ensino clínico hours as printed.

🇮🇳🇵🇭 India & the Philippines · English documents

Physiotherapy, radiography and social work documents from India and the Philippines are normally in English, so CORU needs no translation. We only help with a stamp, page or certificate in another language.

Every Language Routes Through the Same Trusted Pipeline

Upload the degree, transcript, placement records and any course descriptions in one order so terminology stays consistent across your file. A translator with health-sector experience handles them, a reviewer checks hours and credits, and you receive stamped PDFs ready to upload to your CORU application.

FAQs

CORU Registration Translation: Common Questions

How much does it cost to translate my CORU documents?+
€29.95 per page of 300 source words, the same for every language. Because CORU assesses course content, recognition files are often five to ten pages. Upload everything and we show the exact price first.
How long will the translation take?+
24 hours for one to three pages as standard. Larger recognition files take a few days, and we confirm the date before you pay. A 12-hour expedited service is available on request.
Does your translation meet CORU's requirements?+
CORU asks for an English translation issued and officially stamped by an official translator, with the translator's name, address and contact information so it can verify it. Our translations include all of these, with a signed Certificate of Accuracy.
Can I submit documents in Irish?+
Yes. CORU accepts documents in English or Irish, so Irish-language documents need no translation.
Do I need to translate course descriptions?+
If CORU asks for module descriptions or placement details that are not in English, yes. They are how CORU compares your training with Irish Standards of Proficiency, so thin or missing translations can slow the assessment.
Which professions does this cover?+
Any CORU-regulated profession, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, radiographers, dietitians, medical scientists, social workers and social care workers.
Can I get the translation posted?+
Yes, a hard copy by tracked post can be added at checkout. Most CORU applicants upload PDFs, which are delivered free by email as standard.
