Pharmacists registering with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland need a certified English translation of any document not in English, whether they qualified in the EU or through the Third Country Qualification Recognition route. PSI asks for translations carried out by a qualified translator, signed, stamped and dated. We translate pharmacy degrees, transcripts, passports and ID cards and professional documents for €29.95 per page, with most orders delivered within 24 hours.
No account required. No commitment. Exact price in seconds.
Send a photo, scan or PDF of your documents through our secure portal. We count the words and show you the exact price in euro straight away.
A professional translator completes your translation, and we attach a signed Certificate of Accuracy with our full contact details, company stamp and reference number.
Your certified translation arrives by email as a PDF, ready to submit. A hard copy by tracked post or an apostille can be added at checkout. 12-hour expedited service on request.
No add-ons hidden in the small print. Everything below is standard.
Worded to mirror the format Irish bodies publish: a statement that it is a true translation of the original, the date, the translator’s name and signature, and our address, phone and email.
Pharmacy degree title and awarding university, years and ECTS or credits, each subject with grades, practical training or internship placement, state examination results, ID card or passport data, professional registration numbers, and all stamps, signatures and dates.
A native speaker with experience in your exact document type, never machine translation. The same translator across all your documents on request.
Every certificate carries our company stamp and a unique reference number, which several Irish registration bodies and the Foreign Births Register ask to see.
Emailed as a PDF on completion. Where the receiving body wants paper, add a hard copy sent by tracked post at checkout.
Free revisions until you are happy. If a receiving body rejects the translation, we revise it free or refund you in full.
€29.95 per page of 300 source words. A degree is usually one page, an ID card one, and a TCQR transcript and CPD evidence can add several more. PSI does not ask for an apostille on the translation; the TCQR statutory declaration is witnessed separately by a solicitor.
PSI publishes separate routes for pharmacists who qualified in the EU and outside it. Both ask for certified English translations, and the third-country guide spells out how they must look.
PSI's Third Country Qualification Recognition guide asks for a certified English translation carried out by a qualified translator, signed, stamped and dated.
For EU-qualified applicants, PSI asks for the original qualification and ID document plus a certified English translation where the original is not in English.
Pharmacists who qualified outside the EU apply in two steps, recognition then registration, submitting the TCQR forms with certified copies and translations of supporting documents.
PSI's stage 2 assessment is based only on the documents you supply, so CPD records and work experience letters should be translated in full.
PSI holds a TCQR application open for six months. If required documents are missing by then, the application is deemed incomplete and invalid.
Certificates of good standing must reach PSI directly from your competent authority, not from you, and are valid for three months from issue.
Same €29.95 per page whatever the language. These are the languages we see most often from clients in Ireland.
Pharmacists join Ireland's register from southern and eastern Europe and further afield. These are the documents we translate most often for PSI, and what we keep exact in each.
We translate the Título de Grado en Farmacia or older Licenciado title, the certificación académica with prácticas tuteladas credits, and your DNI where PSI needs it with a translation.
We translate the laurea magistrale a ciclo unico certificate with esami and CFU, the tirocinio professionale record and the esame di Stato abilitazione, keeping the voto out of 110 and lode.
We translate the carta de curso or certidão, the estágio curricular details and the Ordem dos Farmacêuticos documents, keeping the 0–20 classificação final and ECTS exactly.
We translate the dyplom and suplement, including the six-month praktyka w aptece, and the prawo wykonywania zawodu farmaceuty issued by your okręgowa izba aptekarska, with its register number.
We translate the diplomă, the supliment with stagiu hours, and the Colegiul Farmaciștilor din România membership documents, keeping the 1–10 media and the licence exam grade.
Brazilian pharmacists use PSI's third-country route. We translate the diploma (both sides), the histórico escolar with estágio hours and the Conselho Regional de Farmácia (CRF) registration certificate.
Upload your degree, transcript, ID and supporting evidence together. A translator familiar with pharmacy terminology handles the set, a reviewer checks every credit and date, and you receive signed, stamped and dated PDFs ready to email to PSI with your application.
