If a Canadian body refuses the translation for accuracy, completeness or certification, we correct and reissue it free, and refund the translation fee if a correction cannot fix a refusal caused by the translation. Trusted by Canadian clients since 2010.
$39.95 per page across every language we cover. For IRCC immigration, add a sworn affidavit (+$24.95); for universities, WES and most other uses the certified translation alone is accepted. Most birth certificates fit on a single page (300 source words). No surcharge for rarer languages – the certified translation alone is the accepted standard.
Prepared for the Canadian offices below. Some accept only translators on their own list or members of a provincial association; our guides say which. Trusted by Canadian clients since 2010.

Every country issues birth certificates differently, IRCC accepts documents in English or French; a document in any other language needs a certified translation. We’ve translated tens of thousands from every region. Here’s the most common gotcha for each top source.
Issued by the Urząd Stanu Cywilnego, usually as the odpis skrócony (short) or zupełny (full) copy. A full certified English translation is required for IRCC and English-Canada institutions.
Issued by the Primăria / Starea Civilă. We provide the full certified translation IRCC requires.
Issued by the Registro Civil. Current CURP-format certificates are single-page printed documents; older records are handwritten book extracts. CURP, folio and tome/page numbers are preserved exactly. A certified translation is sufficient for IRCC.
The 出生医学证明 (hospital birth certificate) is most commonly submitted; some applicants also hold a 出生公证书 (notarial birth certificate). We translate both, preserving all stamps, seals and official field text.
The computerised NADRA / Union Council birth certificate is usually bilingual Urdu-English, but the Urdu entries, seals and older manual certificates need certified translation for IRCC.
Issued by the Municipal Corporation, Gram Panchayat or hospital registrar. Hindi- and regional-language certificates need translation; English-only ones generally do not. We translate all formats, preserving the registration number.
We translate birth certificates both into English and from English into any target language. Whether your document is in Polish, Romanian, Urdu, Arabic, Chinese or any other language, every order follows the same quality-controlled process. You upload, we translate, certify and deliver – ready to submit to IRCC or any Canadian body that requires it.
