What We Translate

Every Corporate Document, With Consistent Terminology

Business filings turn on precise legal and financial terms, and a company’s name and figures must read the same in every document. Here is what we handle and how we keep it aligned.

📄 Formation & Incorporation

Articles and certificates of incorporation, memorandum and articles of association, and formation deeds, with the legal form (GmbH, S.A., S.A.R.L., Ltda.) rendered accurately.

✅ Good Standing & Registry Extracts

Certificates of good standing and commercial-registry extracts (the extract that proves the company exists and who runs it), with registration numbers preserved.

📊 Financial Statements

Balance sheets, income statements and audit reports, with figures kept exactly in the original currency and the table structure preserved.

📝 Resolutions & Minutes

Board and shareholder resolutions, powers and minutes authorising transactions, translated with the exact scope of what was approved.

🤝 Commercial Contracts

Supply, distribution, services and shareholder agreements, rendered with precise contractual and governing-law terminology.

🔄 Consistent Across the Set

We reuse a glossary of the company’s name, entity type and key terms so every document in the packet is aligned.

Every Language Routes Through the Same Trusted Pipeline

We translate business documents both into English and from English into any target language. Whether the document is Spanish, Chinese, German, Portuguese or any other language, every order follows the same quality-controlled process with consistent corporate terminology across the whole set. You upload, we translate, certify and deliver – ready for USCIS, a court or a registry.

FAQs

Business Documents Translation: Common Questions

Which business documents do you translate?+
Articles and certificates of incorporation, bylaws, certificates of good standing, commercial-registry extracts, financial statements, board and shareholder resolutions, powers of attorney and commercial contracts – for immigration, litigation, registration and cross-border transactions.
Does USCIS accept these for an E-2 or L-1 petition?+
Yes. Investor and intracompany-transfer petitions require translated incorporation documents, ownership records and financial statements. A foreign-language document must carry a complete certified English translation, which our Certificate of Accuracy provides.
How much does business document translation cost?+
$29.95 per page (1 page = 300 source words). Packets are billed per page, with consistent terminology across every document. No surcharges for rarer languages, a printed hard copy by mail is available.
How do you keep company names and terms consistent?+
We build a glossary of the company’s legal name, entity type, officer titles and key terms and apply it across the whole packet, so the name and terminology read the same in the incorporation certificate, the financials and the contract.
Do you keep financial figures and tables intact?+
Yes. Figures are kept exactly in the original currency (we translate, never convert) and the balance-sheet and statement tables are reproduced so a reviewer or investor can read them directly.
Do business translations need notarization or apostille?+
It depends on the recipient. USCIS requires certification, not notarization; registries, banks and foreign authorities may require a notarised translation or an apostille. Notarization is $19.95 per order; apostille is $149.95 per document.
Can you translate US corporate documents for use abroad?+
Yes. We translate US incorporation documents, good-standing certificates and contracts from English into the language a foreign registry, bank or counterparty requires, with the same certified accuracy statement.
