Refund Eligibility for Non-Delivery
If we fail to deliver your translation within the agreed-upon time frame, you are entitled to request a refund. However, this excludes delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as issues with UPS or USPS, customs delays, or incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client. We will always do our best to notify you in advance of any potential delays.
All refund requests must be submitted prior to the electronic delivery of the completed translation. Once the translation has been delivered electronically, the order is considered completed and no refunds will be issued.
