We are committed to providing high-quality translation services tailored to your needs. However, if you need to request a refund, please review our policy below.
  • Cancellation Before Project Initiation
    You may request to cancel your order for a full refund if the translation process has not yet begun. If your translator has already started working on your project, any refund will be prorated based on the amount of work completed at the time of the cancellation request.
  • Accuracy Guarantee
    At Official Translations, we stand by the quality of our translations. If you find that the completed translation contains significant errors or inaccuracies, we will revise it free of charge. If, after revision, the document still fails to meet acceptable standards, you may be eligible for a refund. Please note that any refund request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the completed translation.
  • Refund Eligibility for Non-Delivery
    If we fail to deliver your translation within the agreed-upon time frame, you are entitled to request a refund. However, this excludes delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as issues with UPS or USPS, customs delays, or incorrect information provided by the client. We will always do our best to notify you in advance of any potential delays.
  • Non-Refundable Services
    Certain services, such as certified translations that have already been delivered electronically or by mail, are non-refundable once the project is complete and the translation has been dispatched to you.
  • Refund Process
    If your refund request is approved, we will process it within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment method, the refunded amount may take additional time to reflect in your account.

  • Shipping or Delivery Policy
    At Official Translations, we offer reliable shipping options to ensure you receive your translated documents promptly.
    • Shipping Methods: We use UPS and USPS for all deliveries.
    • Shipping Times: All translation orders are shipped the same day if approved by customer by 1:00 PM. Orders approved after 1:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.
    • Shipping Rates: We offer free shipping via regular mail. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.
    • Eligible Destinations: We ship to all domestic addresses within the United States. For international destinations, please contact our support team for options and rates.
  • Return Policy and Process
    Since translation services are custom and tailored to each client's specific requirements, returns are not applicable to our service offerings. However, if you believe there is an error or issue with the delivered translation, you may request a revision or refund as outlined in our Refund Policy above.
    If you receive physical materials (e.g., certified translations) that have been damaged during shipping, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for replacements as needed.
